REFUNDS

A full refund will be issued to you when we: (1) receive merchandise within 14 days of our shipping date, and (2) the merchandise is received in good condition. Shortages and damaged merchandise must be reported within 14 days.

There will not be refunds on special order items. All prices are subject to change without notice. Please send a copy of your invoice with return items or with questions. Credit Card number , expiration date and code must acompany items to assure proper refund. Shipment is subject to stock on hand.

All orders are prepay.

SPECIAL ORDER INFORMATION

When you place a special order with us for a non-stock item, a deposit is required. If for any reason you do not take delivery of the item, your deposit will not be returned to you until we sell the item to someone else. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, please be sure you understand this policy before placing special orders.

Shipping Options:

You have a choice of  shipping on orders weighing 1 ounce to 4 pounds. Priority Mail or UPS. Priority Mail charged are $6.80.

If the order weighs 4.1 pounds or more please choose UPS.
